Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling a consultation. Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your booking. **Confirmation & Booking** All sessions are confirmed only upon successful payment at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and video call link shortly after booking. **Rescheduling** We understand that plans can change. You may request to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated and the session may be considered a no-show. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us directly at contact@satyamraha.com. **Cancellations** All bookings are final. We do not accept cancellations once a session has been booked. **Refund Policy** All payments are non-refundable. As our consultations involve dedicated preparation time — including personalized analysis of your astrological chart, Vastu assessment, or numerological profile — work begins well before the session itself. For this reason, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including missed appointments, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session. **Late Arrivals** Please join your session on time via the Google Meet link provided in your confirmation email. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and no rescheduling will be offered. **No-Show Policy** If you do not attend your session and have not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling option. **Disclaimer** All consultations — including astrology, Vastu, and numerology readings — are intended for guidance and informational purposes only.
